Business development of a classified ads website


La Boîte à Textes is a French community platform that allow users to advertise classified related to reading and books theme. As a project initiator, my first objectives were to think of an impactful and easy-to-remember brand name, to position an effective strategy, and to set up a sustainable business model. Once the base was structured, I took care of the creation of the visual identity and the creation of the logo. Then development of the website and functionalities such as : deposit and search for an advertisement, boosted advertisements, virtual currency, online payment system via the Paypal API, follow and evaluation system, sponsorship system, affiliation, private online messaging, etc…

Communication campaigns

To grow our community and engage even more users to use our tools and solutions, we turned to impactful campaigns, searched for partners and established an affiliation program. Our various actions also bring us to go to Le salon du Livre 2016 in Paris to communicate about services and our platform. I also designed some communication media: t-shirts, social media banners, bookmarks, business cards, roll-ups.
