La Boîte à Textes is a French community platform that allow users to advertise classified related to reading and books theme. As a project initiator, my first objectives were to think of an impactful and easy-to-remember brand name, to position an effective strategy, and to set up a sustainable business model. Once the base was structured, I took care of the creation of the visual identity and the creation of the logo. Then development of the website and functionalities such as : deposit and search for an advertisement, boosted advertisements, virtual currency, online payment system via the Paypal API, follow and evaluation system, sponsorship system, affiliation, private online messaging, etc…

Tournament Fighters is an online tournament website on various console and PC video games with the aim of becoming the tournament platform reference. My objectives were to think and to offer unique and innovative functionalities (automated matchmaking, leveling, friend list system, team creation, gamification, badges, sponsorship, offline and online events,… ) by carrying out a market study and analysis of the existing business. To know the viability of the project and orient the strategy in the best possible angle, I recommended the implementation of a pre-registration and crowdfunding campaign presenting the main characteristics of the website.

Esport-Staff is the first job offers platform in Esport created in France. I worked on the identity and developed the website, my objectives were to think about an effective strategy and a solid and sustainable business model to guarantee a constant and exponential growth. Like any start-up, our first wish was to carry out a concrete market study in order to get the viability and maturity of our project. We decided to carry out a pre-registration phase as well as a crowdfunding which turned out to be more than positive because we have exceeded 1500 pre-registered and funded the whole of our program.

Façonnagir is a shaping and packaging workshop performed by people with mental disabilities. I designed their logo, the webdesign and development of their website to help them to communicate on the web more easily with their prospects and customers.

Anexis is a German Esport structure who contacted AuroraStudios in the aim to improve their notoriety and to boost their activity their social networks and on Youtube. We responded to their request by proposing them to make “frag parts” videos featuring the best action of the week from their professional team on Counter-Strike: Source.

AuroraStudios is an Esport visual and audiovisual creations association that I created in 2009 in the aim of popularizing Esport in France.

Clan Mystik is a French Esport structure who contacted AuroraStudios to help them in the aim of professionalizing their identity within the recruitment of a professional team on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. This partnership allowed me to redesign out the overhaul of their visual identity as well as the design of their jerseys.

Gamersuniform is a company specialized in Esport clothing. I have been employed to work on the design of jerseys for the orders of their customers and I was responsible for the management of customer service on Skype. In a very short time, the company has become a benchmark in Esport jerseys, both for the quality of the textile and materials used and for the personalized and unique design for each structure that has placed an order. I realized the design of more than 60 teams around the world.

Branding, communication supports and company development

The company had to fill more and more orders, I was asked to recruit a designer to support me in my work. It also allowed me to focus on internal work to achieve different visual elements (roll-up, social media banners, business cards, etc.) used when we travel to events and in the search for new partners, but also in order to develop the brand and animate social networks.

Improve quality of our services

To automatize and increase orders, I developed the company’s website presenting a showcase of the various achievements and that gave the availability of placing an order and contacting us directly. A back office was also added thereafter to manage the address book of prospects, customers and partners, and to have an order history.

Creation of the logo and communication supports for the office of a nutritionist and sophrologist. I developed the website that I improved over the years. To increase their notoriety and build customer loyalty, we worked together on a strategy to communicate on social networks and improve her visibility on the web, particularly in terms of local SEO.

Pour créer de l’engagement et attirer de nouveaux potentiels patients, il était intéressant de s’orienter sur le côté infos et recettes à publier toutes les semaines et lors de jours fériés et jours de fête, mais également quotidiennement en publiant sur des faits d’actualité liés à la nutrition.
To create engagement and attract new potential patients, it was interesting to focus on recipes to publish every week and during holidays, but also publishing news related to nutrition.

What’s next ?

We are currently on the project of the complete redesign of the website by proposing new functionalities (making online appointments, instant messaging bubble, etc.) as well as a review of the identity.
